The Marke Foundation provides education and aide for communities, hospice patients and families through the following programs.
Placement Assistance Program:
Financial assistance can be temporarily provided to patients and their families who need placement assistance, medical transportation, home care assistance, medication/nutraceutical assistance, sponsoring a special occasion for a family in need and other medical assistance as needed.
Community Support: Assistance with Surgery, Pre-Op or Post-Op based on patients needs and socio-economic challenges.
Financial Assistance: When patients are discharged from the Hospital or going to a hospital there are situations where their insurance may not cover transportation and we would help with that.
Cremation Benefits: Assist with cremation services for those that cannot afford them.
Honor A Veteran: As a dedicated national partner of the We Honor Veterans program, Reliable Health and the Marke Foundation is proud to serve those who have served our country. Reliable Health participates in the Veteran-to-Veteran volunteer program, which pairs veteran volunteers with hospice patients who are veterans. In addition, we host veteran pinning ceremonies to acknowledge and honor a veteran’s service and sacrifice.
