Issues of inequity have been the center of many debates and many times problems continue to go in circles, lacking real answer’s or progressive movement. The Marke Foundation works hard to provide opportunity to those who would otherwise not be given a chance to succeed. We want all people to be given a chance to succeed and enjoy a full and healthy life.
The Marke Foundation sees social equity as a theory that aims to promote fairness within the business communities, allowing the disadvantaged to be creative, be entrepreneurs, get educated, learn both life and business skills in order to find their own success. We aim to stop the circle of debates and work on problem-solving and allowing people who deserve a second chance to have a second chance.
The Marke Foundation partners with business’s, universities, cities, and other programs to provide a chance to those who have never been given the chance at a successful life. The Marke Foundation is ensuring that “we all” are given the opportunity to start at the same place on the track, find our niche, create sustaining success and opportunities.
Our Current Programs
Documentary’s – Social causes are at the forefront of the American consciousness. As these causes have become more prominent, the entertainment industry has taken notice and has taken actions to become more progressive.
The Marke Foundation has partnered with smart, empathetic filmmakers to develop stories to make people more aware of our world and how you can help to make it better.
Green Concrete – Concrete is the most widely used construction material in the world. Making it accounts for 7% of global emissions of the greenhouse gas – carbon dioxide. Scientists have developed a green concrete that is more environmentally friendly, as well as more durable and more than twice as strong. Part of what makes it green is the use of new types of residual products, previously land filled or disposed of in other ways.
For the Marke Foundation, we are exploring using the waste material from cannabis extraction to make green concrete.
